We accept Cash and all major Credit Cards.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
Due to the nature of our services we cannot offer refunds.
Do You Provide A Warranty?
Yes. Most of our services and repairs come with a limited warranty covering the performance of the watch. Our warranty does not cover batteries.
What Services Do You Offer?
We offer fully AWCI CW21 Certified watch repair and servicing. We work on both Wristwatches and Pocket Watches. Furthermore, we also offer Battery Service(changes), Appraisal, Consignment, and Authentication.
Do You Buy and Sell Watches?
Yes. From time to time we will offer to purchase watches, however, in most situations we offer consignment to those looking to sell their watch. All watches we sell are used/pre-owned watches. Our Watchmaker fully services each watch we have for sale to guarantee performance and authenticity. Watches sold by us also include our limited warranty.
What Prices Are Your Services?
Prices vary depending on the nature of the service or repair each watch requires. When you bring in your watch we will evaluate the cost of the service and/or repair it needs and provide you with an estimate for your approval.
